Siemens Advanta is seeking a senior consultant to own core modules, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations from day one. You will embed AI into client solutions, working with decision-makers to shape outcomes.

We value a Master’s degree or MBA with a technical focus, plus experience in strategy consulting and international exposure. Fluency in German and English is required for global client discussions.

Qualificações

• Own core project modules: scope problems, run analyses, deliver actionable recommendations.
• Integrate AI into client solutions and validate AI outputs.
• Engage with decision-makers, including C-level executives, to surface insights and drive alignment.
• See recommendations move from concept to pilot to rollout within client industries.
• Contribute to Siemens transformation topics beyond client work.

You’ll make an impact by

• Owning core project modules. Scoping the problem, running quantitative and qualitative analyses, and delivering recommendations your team and client can build on, with real responsibility from your very first project onward.
• Building AI into the answer, not next to it. Treating agentic systems, industrial copilots, and applied analytics as core components of client demands. You apply critical thinking and human judgment to determine where AI creates measurable value and where it doesn’t, challenging outputs and validating assumptions rather than taking AI-generated answers at face value.
• Working directly with decision-makers. Regular exchange with C-level executives and their teams, plus interviews and workshops that surface real disagreement instead of polite consensus.
• Seeing your work go live. Because implementation sits under the same roof, your recommendations move from slide to pilot to rollout, across our industry units.
• Shaping Siemens from within. Alongside client work, you take on transformation topics inside Siemens, a perspective on industrial transformation you won't get from client work alone.

This is how you’ll win us over

• Consulting experience: Minimum two internships at a strategy consultancy, or first professional experience in the field.
• Academic Excellence: Strong Master's, or MBA with a quantitative or technical core, or from a top business school.
• AI in practice: AI is embedded in your daily work and problem-solving approach. You instinctively judge where technology creates real business value and where it doesn’t. Hands-on experience with agents, LLM applications, or data products is a big plus.
• Global Mindset: International exposure gained through studies, internships, or work experience abroad.
• Analytical skills: Ability to build defensible recommendations on incomplete data and explicitly state underlying assumptions.
• Languages Proficiency: Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1), both required. Many of our client discussions happen in German, so English alone is not sufficient for this role.
