Job summary

Schaeffler AG is seeking a culture and employee engagement specialist to strengthen corporate culture across functions and regions. You will drive programs for inclusion, wellbeing, recognition, and engagement, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align with corporate strategy.

The role focuses on embedding engagement into onboarding, performance management, and development, while organizing workshops and events that promote values and leadership principles.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, psychology, HR management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in HR with focus on organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience.
• Knowledge of modern engagement strategies and best practices.
• Experience using feedback tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

• Proven expertise in using feedback tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) as well as strong project management skills
