Your Mission: Build Strong Partnerships

We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager (m / f / d) to take ownership of our partner relationships in the healthcare this role you will be responsible for identifying onboarding and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Using a consultative approach you will expand our network foster long-term collaborations and contribute to the success of our AI-driven solution. Your Daily Business No two days are alike
  • Own and manage the entire partnership lifecycle: from identifying and onboarding partners primarily in the healthcare sector to maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and develop long-term partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.
  • Product Strategies: Co-develop and implement them with existing partners.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Drive Go-to-Market strategy together with key existing partners.
  • Contract Expertise: Review negotiate and approve partnership agreements while understanding common pitfalls and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation process: acting as the key interface between partners and internal teams (Sales Marketing Engineering).
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Oversee partner projects ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for individual partnerships and the overall partnership function ensuring measurable success.
Your Skillset What you bring to the table
  • Several years of experience in partnership management or a similar role confidently negotiating with clients and partners.
  • Strong understanding of partnership models and agreements able to review negotiate and approve contracts while avoiding common pitfalls.
  • Solid sales and marketing knowledge ensuring seamless coordination between both teams to drive partner success.
  • Project management skills ensuring smooth execution of partner initiatives from onboarding to go-to-market.
  • Strategic thinker identifying long-term partnership opportunities that align with voizes business goals.
  • Data-driven approach defining and monitoring KPIs to measure partnership success and optimize performance.
  • Technical understanding with the ability to discuss and facilitate integrations between partners product managers and engineers.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
