Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned lawyer to draft and review strategic civil pleadings for highly complex matters with substantial financial value. You will analyze litigation risks and help shape comprehensive strategies across court levels.

You will participate in client meetings, present scenarios and legal recommendations, and ensure strict adherence to procedural deadlines and SLAs while coordinating multiple ongoing matters.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree and active bar registration (OAB) required.
• Strong experience in strategic civil litigation.

• Drafting and reviewing strategic legal pleadings, including petitions, answers, appeals, motions, and briefs, in highly complex matters involving significant financial value
• Conducting risk analyses and defining comprehensive litigation strategies for managing critical cases across different court levels
• Actively participating in meetings and maintaining direct client contact to present scenarios, risks, and legal recommendations objectively
• Rigorously managing procedural and internal administrative deadlines, ensuring compliance with SLAs and the organized handling of simultaneous matters

Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Strong, demonstrable experience in strategic civil litigation involving highly complex and significant matters
• Preferred: Previous experience at a mid-sized or large law firm
• Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with the ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent legal writing skills and meticulousness in the technical review of documents and information
