Jobtailor in Germany seeks a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3-8 PQE) to manage a complex claims caseload, draft court documents, and provide client advice in high-stakes cases.

You will attend conferences, supervise disclosure, proof witnesses, and support business development while ensuring quality control and benchmark compliance.

A strong paper trail in Inquests and coronial processes is highly desirable; must thrive under pressure and maintain excellent client service.

Qualifikationen

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3-8 years PQE.
• Experience in litigation and handling high-value, sensitive cases.
• Experience attending Inquests and advising on coronial processes (preferred).
• Ability to analyze factually and legally complex cases and extract relevant evidence.
