develop in Berlin is seeking a Staff level ML/AI Engineer to design, deploy, and scale real-world AI systems that transform legacy workflows into production-grade business value.

You will work on AI/ML system design, production-grade Python, LLMs, RAG, and CV with a commercial and product mindset. The role offers remote flexibility with occasional on-site Berlin presence (3 days per month).

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing AI/ML systems for real-world use cases.
• Strong Python code quality, testing, and deployment skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agents, RAG workflows and computer vision may be beneficial.
