You will develop AI systems that seamlessly integrate into industrial workflows using Agentic LLMs while working across both backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in AI and software engineering, possesses a relevant technical degree, and is proficient in German (B2/C1). OB’s is partnered with an exciting start-up that is redefining how complex industrial machines are sold. They are building AI-driven technical sales tools that automate the process of selling large manufacturing equipment.

They are a small, fast-moving team (ex-Palantir, ex-Google), backed by Tier 1 investors, working directly with leading manufacturers. They are early-stage, nearly profitable, and preparing for its next major funding round.

You will:
