You will build world-class teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers, own the roadmap, govern model safety and ethics, and partner with product and executives to deliver production-grade AI systems.

This role offers hybrid work (2–3 days on-site) in Berlin with a base salary of €120k–€160k plus up to 20% bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Own and execute the AI/ML roadmap aligned with core business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
