Job summary

Jared is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients. You will own the full lifecycle from prototyping to API integration and deployment, collaborating with ML, data, and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes Python, ML frameworks, and solid software practices, with English fluency required and German a plus. Remote-first with CET ±2–3h, and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, ML, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with CUDA or C++ is a plus.
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
• Solid software engineering habits: testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Pragmatic, results-oriented; ability to own work end-to-end.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications end-to-end.
• Develop APIs and integrate ML models and data pipelines into user-facing products.
