Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Senior Manager for Product Systems & Tools to shape global systems strategy and ensure scalable, compliant, data-driven commercial execution across markets. You will lead key initiatives spanning Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP integrations, partnering with IT and Digital teams to optimize architecture and governance.

The role demands extensive Salesforce expertise, data stewardship, and the ability to drive automation while delivering executive-level reporting on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree required.
• Significant experience in a similar position within a global technology services organization.
• Extensive Salesforce administration/product systems experience.
• Experience in data center, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product systems roadmap aligned with product offering and pricing strategy.
• Lead Salesforce architecture optimization, workflow automation, and system governance initiatives.
• Ensure global data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable system design.
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance integration between Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Dataware House and financial systems.
• Drive automation initiatives reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency.
• Establish governance standards for product data structures, access controls, and compliance processes.
• Provide executive reporting on system performance, adoption, and enhancement initiatives.

The Senior Manager Product Systems & Tools (m/f/d), leads global product systems strategy ensuring Salesforce and related platforms enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven commercial execution across global data center markets.

What we are looking for

Key Responbilities:

• Define multi-year product systems roadmap aligned with product offering and pricing strategy
• Lead Salesforce architecture optimization, workflow automation, and system governance initiatives
• Ensure global data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable system design
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance integration between Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Dataware House and financial systems
• Drive automation initiatives reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency
• Establish governance standards for product data structures, access controls, and compliance processes
• Provide executive reporting on system performance, adoption, and enhancement initiatives
• Support Product Offering and Pricing team to configure and maintain product catalog structures, approval workflows, and automation rules within Salesforce and CPQ platforms

Knowledge & Attributes:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree required
• Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial
• Significant experience in a similar position, preferably gained within a global technology services organization
• Significant experience gained within the technology industry
• Multiple years of experience in Salesforce administration, product owner or product systems
• Experience within data center, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure environments preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms
• Proven experience leading multinational teams
• Deep Salesforce architecture and ecosystem expertise
• Strong digital transformation and systems governance experience
• Global stakeholder management capability
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
