Job summary

Exyte in Dresden is seeking a procurement professional who can manage and execute all purchasing activities—from demand identification to on-time purchase order placement—while maintaining a clear overview in complex processes.

You will prepare supplier inquiries, evaluate and develop suppliers, review requisitions and delivery schedules, negotiate prices and contracts, create framework agreements with the Purchasing Manager, and document orders in the Infor ERP system.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally experienced in the semiconductor industry or a similarly technical environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Infor.
• Fluent German skills and good written and spoken English skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, high level of initiative, and a structured approach to work.
• Team-oriented with confident communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create framework agreements in coordination with the Purchasing Manager and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
• Document and manage purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery notes within the Infor ERP system
