Zusammenfassung

CYBEX GMBH in Bayreuth, Germany seeks a Specialist PPM Master Data Management for parental leave cover. You will create and maintain material master data in SAP, ensure data quality, and coordinate with factories, suppliers, and stakeholders.

You will optimize processes, support internal users, and generate KPIs and reports to monitor data quality and the PPM budget. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in master data management, preferably in a product, purchasing, supply chain or related environment.
• Experience working with SAP / ERP systems, preferably with a focus on material master data.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a highly structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in a dynamic, international and result-oriented environment.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German language skills would be an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in juvenile products industry / product portfolio is a plus.

• Creation of new material codes and material hierarchies in SAP based on the range plan and defined business requirements.
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of background criteria, parameters and rules for material master data management.
• Coordination and management of material master data with internal factories, suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring high data quality, consistency and completeness across relevant systems and processes.
• Definition, documentation, implementation and continuous improvement of processes related to material master data management.
• Training and support of internal stakeholders regarding material master data processes, requirements and system applications.
• Preparation and maintenance of reports, analyses and KPIs related to material master data and data quality.
• Monitoring, reporting and controlling of the PPM budget, including coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting cross-functional projects and process improvements related to product, material and master data management
