Zusammenfassung

CYBEX is seeking a skilled SAP consultant to join our team in a role focused on delivering SAP projects across business processes and IT requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive SAP experience, including rollouts and template development, with strong SAP SD/LE expertise and solid project management capabilities.

You will engage with stakeholders to capture needs, promote reusable solutions, and ensure adherence to IT processes. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master or Bachelor degree in Business, Technology or Science.
• Extensive experience in SAP consulting or within SAP Competence Center environment, with proven expertise in SAP rollouts and template development.
• Expertise in SAP SD and SAP LE is essential, while knowledge of additional SAP modules is considered an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully integrate available resources.
• Solid business process knowledge and understanding of the business drivers as well as the ability to map and re-engineer business processes.
• Experience in organizational change management, service delivery management, project planning + preparation and project management.
• Profound understanding of EDI integration of external Business Partners, order fulfillment management processes, master data concepts and pricing strategies.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written; any additional language is a plus.

• Ensure and continuously update subject matter expertise to the relevant projects, on both business processes and information, as well as information technology, IT processes and requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs
• Ensure that existing solutions/services are considered and re-used whenever possible
• Engage with users to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing solutions/services
• Present solutions and estimates to the IT Leadership, Business Process Owner, and Service Owners to gain approval or rejection for realization
• Ensure adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles, and guidelines
• Manage internal and external project members as well as offshoring resources within the area of responsibility
