Zusammenfassung

CYBEX is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to support sourcing, recruiting coordination, and admin across hiring needs in Bayreuth. You will publish and optimise job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain applicant data in SAP SuccessFactors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or commercial training, first experience in TA or HR, strong organization, stakeholder communication, and fluency in English (German desired).

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• First experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, Sourcing, or a related area through internships, working student roles, apprenticeships, or permanent positions.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with different stakeholders.
• Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive working style.
• Initial experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards, or professional networking platforms.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable ATS is a plus.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, recruiting coordination, and administrative activities.
• Identify and support talent pipelines through proactive talent research and market mapping.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess availability, salary expectations, and role fit.
• Create, publish, and maintain job postings while optimizing descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure process efficiency across recruitment activities.
• Monitor incoming applications and maintain data within SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Support recruitment reporting, documentation, and TA administration.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives.

Your seat to fill:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, recruiting coordination, and administrative activities, with priorities flexibly shifting based on business and hiring needs
• Identify and support talent pipelines through proactive talent research, market mapping, and sourcing activities across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening activities to assess key criteria such as availability, salary expectations, and general role fit
• Create, publish, and maintain job postings while supporting the review and optimization of job descriptions
• Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure efficient process coordination across recruitment activities
• Monitor incoming applications and maintain accurate data within SAP SuccessFactors and other recruiting systems
• Support recruitment reporting, documentation, and talent acquisition administration
• Collaborate closely with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and other HR stakeholders
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives
