DocuWare Europe GmbH is seeking a Specialist Benefits & Compensation (m/w/d) to lead compensation and benefits initiatives for our European teams. You will develop salary bands, bonus structures and governance, while harmonizing HR processes and ensuring compliance with local requirements.

You will conduct market benchmarks, KPI reporting, and pay gap analyses, using our tools to provide solid decisions for management.

Formación

• Completed degree in business administration, HR management, economics, finance or comparable.
• Several years of practical experience in benefits & compensation or a related field.
• Affinity for numbers, digital mindset and analytical/process-oriented thinking.
• Strong analytical strength, stakeholder management and ability to derive strategic recommendations from data.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

As a Specialist Benefits & Compensation (m/w/d), you are the central point of contact for all matters related to benefits and compensation. You contribute to creating attractive and market-competitive working conditions for our employees and actively shape our compensation and benefit programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You continuously develop our compensation & benefits structures – including compensation frameworks, grading, salary and bonus structures as well as clear benefit governance.
• You harmonize HR processes and implement group standards while keeping local requirements in focus.
• You conduct market benchmarks, salary and pay gap analyses as well as KPI reporting using our tools and thereby provide a sound foundation for management decisions.
• You implement the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive – from role architecture through salary ranges to governance and reporting.
• You develop clear C&B processes, e.g., for approval workflows, the development and communication of salary bands as well as the creation of bonus agreements.
• You ensure compliance, audit readiness, high documentation quality and effective risk management.
• You design tailored compensation models (fixed pay, variable pay) and develop short and long-term incentive programs.
• You are responsible for the preparation and execution of annual salary increase and bonus rounds.
• You work closely with our local and international P&C teams as well as with Legal, Sales Operations and other stakeholders.
• You support the calculation of variable salary components and monthly provisions for personnel and bonus costs.

What you need to succeed

• You have completed a degree in, for example, business administration, human resources management, economics, finance or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of practical experience and in-depth expertise in the field of benefits & compensation or a comparable field.
• Additionally, you have a pronounced affinity for numbers, high accuracy, a digital mindset as well as analytical and process-oriented thinking, which rounds out your profile.
• You are characterized by analytical strength, pronounced stakeholder management and the ability to analyze data in depth and derive strategic recommendations from it.
• Excellent German and English language skills in both spoken and written form
