DocuWare Europe GmbH is seeking a Training Specialist (m/f/d) to empower our global sales teams and partners with engaging training programs and modern learning experiences. You will design training concepts, create materials, and ensure knowledge transfer that translates into successful customer implementations.

You will deliver in-person and virtual sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve offerings based on business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and levels of expertise.
• Experience in training, enablement, learning & development, or technical support preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and modern presentation tools; comfortable delivering in-person and virtual sessions.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, sales processes and SPIN methodologies.
• Ability to translate business processes into digital workflows and learn complex software solutions quickly.
• Experience with DocuWare or document management solutions is advantageous.
• Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills.

As a Training Specialist (m/f/d), you will empower our sales teams and partners to successfully sell, confidently demonstrate, and effectively implement DocuWare solutions for our customers. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop modern learning programs, deliver engaging training experiences, and play a key role in strengthening the success of our sales and partner organizations. Your responsibilities will include:

• You plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for our sales teams and partners, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
• You design modern training concepts and define appropriate methodologies and instructional approaches to enable sustainable knowledge transfer.
• You create, update, and continuously improve training programs based on business requirements and learning objectives.
• You develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including course content, e-learning modules, assessments, and certification programs.
• You collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align training content with business needs and audience expectations.
• You support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of product demonstrations for our sales teams and partners.
• You act as a subject matter expert in meetings, workshops, and events, providing guidance on sales and product-related topics.
• You identify opportunities to improve existing training offerings and actively contribute new ideas to enhance our learning and enablement programs.

What you need to succeed

• You hold a degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or have gained equivalent qualifications through relevant professional experience.
• You are skilled at adapting to different audiences and levels of expertise, delivering content in a clear, practical, and impactful way.
• You have ideally gained experience in training, enablement, learning & development, or technical support.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and modern presentation and collaboration tools, and you are confident delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• You have a solid understanding of the customer journey, sales processes, and common sales methodologies such as SPIN.
• You possess a strong understanding of business processes and their translation into digital workflows, and you can quickly familiarize yourself with complex software solutions.
• Experience with DocuWare or other document management solutions is an advantage.
• You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You work independently, thrive in international team environments, and bring strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
