You will translate challenges into clear requirements, work with engineering and commercial teams, and guide projects from concept to delivery in intralogistics and warehouse operations. Fluent German and English, strong PM and communication skills, and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in intralogistics, logistics consulting, fulfilment or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of logistics and operational processes.

Solutions Developer / Manager| Robotics & Automation

I’m working with a fast-growing robotics start-up that is looking for an experienced Solutions professional to join the team.

They’re building technology designed to tackle challenging automation problems in real-world operational environments, and this person will play a key role in connecting customer needs with technical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customer operations and developing tailored solution concepts
• Working closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams to deliver customer projects
• Translating customer challenges into clear technical requirements
• Supporting projects from initial concept through implementation and beyond
• Identifying new use cases and opportunities for the technology
• Coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping projects moving forward

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have 3+ years of experience within intralogistics, logistics consulting, fulfilment, warehouse operations, automation, or a similar environment.

You should also bring:

• A strong understanding of logistics and operational processes
• Confidence working with both customers and technical teams
• The ability to simplify and communicate complex technical topics
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
• Experience with layouts, CAD, simulation, or similar tools is a bonus
• Professional fluency in German and English
• A genuine interest in robotics and emerging automation technologies
• Flexibility to travel as part of the role
