• Oversee production partnerships, including contract management, quality assurance, and claims resolution.
• Lead customer-facing negotiations and issue resolutions.
• Implement systems for performance assessment across our deployments.

My client is looking for an experienced Head of Operations Robotics (Hardware/Software (m/f/d) to support in scaling the business.

As the Head of Operations, you will lead the Product Operations Team from Application Engineering, Service & Support and Production Planning to Spare Part Business.

Job functions :

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
• Oversee end-to-end operations, including supply chain, order fulfilment, production, customer success, and aftersales services
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, productivity, and scalability across all operational areas
• Establish and manage robust supplier relationships, including identification, qualification, contract negotiations, and onboarding
• Implement effective procurement and demand planning processes
• Optimize warehouse operations, focusing on spare parts management and inventory control
