Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to drive public sector initiatives and guide multiple Solutions Architects across strategic opportunities. You will lead evaluations, align with regional sales, and improve team execution while mentoring colleagues.

You will articulate vision and ensure delivery against KPIs, stepping in as architect on select deals to ensure customer success. The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of modern software and cloud

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen


• 3-5 years experience in Public Sector


• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, ideally in a global or remote environment


• Experience leading teams with accountability for execution, coaching, and performance


• Experience in technical pre-sales or a related information technology role that supports customer-facing solution design


• Knowledge of modern software development or operations practices across the software delivery lifecycle


• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and practices supporting secure, scalable adoption


• Ability to mentor others and give and receive constructive feedback


• Experience working with managers and cross-functional partners to develop and carry out shared strategies


• Experience supporting public sector customers and understanding regulated or mission-driven environments


• Openness to transferable leadership and technical experience from adjacent fields
