Job Description

• 1. According to the characteristics of energy storage business, the project manager should have comprehensive skills and be able to independently pull down the whole product life cycle, coordinate with the overall planning of PMD department, and lead the cooperation mechanism of various departments in ESS sector;
• 2. Have business ability, can independently contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
• 3. Have certain technical ability to guide pre-sales projects;
• 4. Project management ability is required to ensure project delivery on schedule;
• 5. Quality management awareness is required to solve internal project problems and develop them.
• 6. Responsible for the coordination and coordination of on-site commissioning according to the specific post-delivery commissioning requirements of energy storage products;
• 7. Responsible for ensuring the timeliness and effectiveness of internal and external information synchronization;
• 8. Have certain business and technical ability to solve problems on the debugging site, appease customers and dig out potential needs of customers.

Job Requirement

• 1. Master degree or above, major in Engineering, Electronics, Project Management, electrochemistry, new energy or related;

• 3. Fluent communication in Chinese and English, other languages skill are preferred;
• 4. Have project management experience, project risk prediction, crisis management ability, and organization and coordination ability.
