Associer Intl is seeking a senior engineer to lead energy storage product development and demand collection in Munich. You will design system solutions, write bidding documents, and decompose customer requirements to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and technical drafting skills, with fluency in English and German. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and client teams in a global energy transition context.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in energy storage or related client tech roles.
• Experience leading teams and projects in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with CAN, RS-485 or TCP/IP networks is required.
• Proficient in English and German (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to formulate technical specifications and standards.

The Job

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead energy storage product development and demand collection;
• 2. Communicate with customers and design energy storage system solutions according to customer needs, and write bidding documents;
• 3. Formulation and decomposition of energy storage product demand specifications;
• 4. Prepare and review technical agreements, control and solve key technical problems in the product development process;
• 5. Preparation and review of product technical documents.

Job Requirements:

• 1. A degree holder, major in electrical engineering, electronic information, high-voltage power grid, machinery and automation;
• 2. 5 years or above working experience in energy storage or client technology is preferred, and team management experience is preferred;
• 3. Familiar with new energy power generation system or electrical transformation and distribution system;
• 4. Familiar with the design principles of CAN, RS-485 or TCP\IP communication systems;
• 5. Strong communication skills, organization and coordination skills and understanding skills are required;
• 6. Strong initiative, good logical thinking and teamwork ability;
• 7. Familiar with the processes, tools and methods of requirements management and decomposition;
• 8. Proficiency in English and Germany listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• 9. Experience in formulating technical specifications and standards for systems or products is required.
