Job summary

EQS Group in Munich is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant for Compliance & Ethics to advise large multinational customers evaluating our SaaS platform, lead discovery, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing, respond to RFPs and security reviews, and help shape the roadmap. Fluent German and strong English are essential; a hybrid office/remote setup is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance and ethics roles in corporate or SaaS contexts.
• Deep understanding of ethics/compliance program challenges and workflows.
• Able to explain APIs & data integrations and navigate enterprise IT environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication with stakeholders from compliance to technical evaluators.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to prospects evaluating Compliance & Ethics software.
• Lead technical and functional discovery to align needs with product capabilities.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to use cases.
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and remove barriers to adoption.
• Respond to RFPs and security reviews with precision.
• Share field insights to influence roadmap and coordinate with Product/Marketing/Implementation.

• You act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers evaluating Compliance & Ethics software, helping large, multinational organizations design effective programs on our SaaS platform.
• You lead technical and functional discovery to align stakeholder needs with product capabilities.
• You deliver high impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
• You partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and remove technical barriers to adoption.
• You respond to RFPs and security reviews with precision and clarity.
• You share field insights with Product to influence the roadmap, partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership, and ensure effective handoffs to implementation and customer success.

• You have 5+ years in a compliance and ethics related role, ideally within a corporate environment or a SaaS company.
• You have a deep understanding of ethics and compliance program challenges, priorities, and workflows.
• You are technically fluent: you can explain concepts like APIs and data integrations, and you are comfortable navigating software platforms and enterprise IT environments.
• You communicate and present with confidence, engaging stakeholders from compliance officers to technical evaluators.
• You are comfortable working cross functionally in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• You are fluent in German (Native/C2) and have strong English skills.
