EQS Group is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join our presales team for the German market, advising on Compliance & Ethics software. This role focuses on delivering tailored recommendations and supporting multinational customers evaluating our SaaS platform.

You will collaborate across product, marketing, and delivery teams, shaping the roadmap and go-to-market strategy while helping customers design thoughtful compliance solutions leveraging AI responsibly.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical fluency: explain APIs, data integrations, SSO; navigate SaaS/enterprise IT.
• AI-savvy: hands-on experience with AI tools and governance questions.
• 3+ years in a compliance and ethics-related role, ideally in corporate/SaaS.
• Solid grasp of ethics and compliance program challenges and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across functions.

YOUR IMPACT

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to join our presales team and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers who are evaluating Compliance & Ethics software.

In this role, you'll play a key part in helping large, multinational organizations design thoughtful, effective Compliance & Ethics solutions using our SaaS platform. During the Sales cycle, you will partner with sellers to map prospective customer’s program needs to our product capabilities and deliver tailored recommendations that drive real-world outcomes.

Beyond supporting sales efforts, you'll collaborate closely with teams across the business—sharing insights that shape our product roadmap, refining go-to-market strategy, and contributing to onboarding success. This is a consultative, cross-functional role ideal for someone who understands both the complexity of compliance programs and the opportunity technology—including AI—provides to make them stronger, simpler, and more impactful.

Sales Consultation

• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
• Lead technical and functional discovery to align stakeholder needs with product capabilities.
• Confidently demonstrate and explain AI-powered product capabilities, including how they support responsible and compliant use of AI.
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and remove technical barriers to adoption.
• Respond to RFPs and security reviews with precision and clarity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Provide feedback to Product based on field insights to influence roadmap direction.
• Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership.
• Support our implementation and customer success teams by providing effective handoffs.

THIS IS YOU

• Strong technical fluency: able to explain concepts like APIs, data integrations, and SSO, quickly assess new software, and confidently navigate SaaS platforms and enterprise IT environments.
• AI-savvy: hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) in your daily work, and a solid grasp of how AI is applied in enterprise software and the governance and compliance questions it raises.
• 3+ years in a compliance and ethics-related role—ideally within a corporate environment or SaaS company.
• Deep understanding of ethics and compliance program challenges, priorities, and workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage stakeholders from compliance officers to technical evaluators.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• C1-level proficiency in German and English.
