Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Law.
• At least three years at the interface of regulation and engineering, e.g. product compliance, regulatory affairs, requirements engineering or technical consulting.
• Confident communication with engineers, compliance experts and management.
• High ownership mindset and ability to drive projects independently.
• Willingness to travel worldwide (~20%).
• Fluent German (C1) and English (C1); English is company language; customers primarily German.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a successful rollout of the Certivity platform.
• Lead implementation projects: define milestones, ensure delivery, translate needs into feature requests.
• Understand regulatory, compliance, and engineering processes and translate into configurations/workflows.
• Own account growth: identify expansion and upselling opportunities with sales.
• Troubleshoot with Product and Engineering.
• Feedback loop: provide actionable input for AI and roadmap.

About The Job

We are looking for experts from product compliance and regulatory affairs who have worked hands-on in regulated product development and now want to bring that experience to our customers. At Certivity, we are building the AI platform that engineering organizations use to manage regulatory compliance. Companies like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Schaeffler, ZF, Aumovio and TÜV Rheinland use our software in their daily work. We started in automotive, and it is still our core. Now we are expanding into other highly regulated engineering sectors. As a a Product Compliance Manager for Customer Success (official: Solution Engineer) you will be the technical implementation partner for our customers. You will get to know the highly regulated product development workflows at each customer in depth and turn their requirements into scalable platform configurations.

What You Will Do

• Guide customers through a successful rollout of the Certivity platform, from first demo, then trial use to productive use.
• Lead implementation projects: Define milestones with the customer, make sure our Product and Engineering teams deliver, and translate customer needs into clear feature requests.
• Understand customers' regulatory, compliance and engineering processes and translate them into efficient platform configurations and workflows.
• Own the growth of your accounts: Identify expansion and upsellingopportunities and drive them together with the sales team.
• Troubleshoot customer issues together with Product and Engineering.
• Bring customer feedback back into the company as clear, actionable input that shapes our AI and software roadmap.

Your profile

• You have a university degree in Engineering, Law or a related field.
• You have at least three years of experience, ideally more, at the interface of regulation and engineering, for example in product compliance, regulatory affairs, requirements engineering or technical consulting.
• You communicate confidently with engineers, compliance experts and management alike.
• You take a high level of ownership and like driving projects independently.
• You are motivated by customer success and see growing an account as part of delivering value, not as a sales task added on top.
• You are open to travel worldwide (20%) to meet customers on-site.
• You speak fluent German (C1) and English (C1). English is our company language, while our customers mainly speak German.
