• You will take ownership of the delivery management of C&I ESS projects across Europe, coordinating tasks and tracking progress to ensure every project lands on time and on target.
• You will provide direct technical support to engineers throughout project delivery, commissioning, operation, and maintenance phases – helping troubleshoot issues and keeping systems running at their best.
• You will regularly analyse and optimise delivery processes, spotting improvement opportunities and championing best practices to boost operational efficiency.
• You will organise, maintain, and enrich technical documentation, making sure knowledge is well‑structured and accessible for both internal teams and external partners.
• You will be the bridge between our customers and our team – actively gathering requirements and feedback, and helping shape practical solutions that raise satisfaction and project outcomes.
• You will travel frequently across Europe (up to 60% of your time), bringing your expertise directly to project sites where it matters most.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and bring 2+ years of hands‑on experience in the electrical, renewable energy, energy storage, or power industry.
