You will analyze business needs, tailor SaaS offerings, document configurations, support integrations via REST APIs, and help automate workflows to drive efficiency and data‑driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low‑code/no‑code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in sustainability and a passion for delivering technology solutions that create meaningful business impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications using low‑code/no‑code platforms, SQL, JavaScript, and business process automation.
• Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience in the utility, clean energy, or regulated industries is preferred but not required.
