Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to help collect and analyze business and functional requirements, document current and future-state processes, and work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and drive improvements. You will participate in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Travel-intensive role (up to 90%) in Germany requiring strong communication, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with ERP/CRM/PSA

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and process mapping tools (Lucidchart or Visio).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, PSA tools) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn project delivery methodologies and enterprise business platforms.
