A hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator who doesn't just brainstorm and brief - you make the magic happen.

🚀 What you'll do

• Own social content end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Develop ideas, write storyboards, craft captions that hook
• Create scroll-stopping content using Canva & CapCut (and maybe Photoshop if you're fancy)
• Experiment with formats, trends & storytelling styles
• Analyze what's working - and what can work even harder
• Collaborate with strategists, designers & account teams
• See your work live for some of the world's biggest brands

🎨 Who you are

• 3+ years in social media (preferably agency side)
• Fluent German content creator (words + visuals = 🔥)
• Obsessed with trends + insights + creative execution
• Hands-on, proactive and excited to own your channels
• Curious + collaborative + hungry to make impact
