Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Munich seeks a Simulation and Concept Staff Engineer to shape power device concepts and their simulation strategy within our Research & Development team. You will blend creativity with strong technical skills to drive new ideas from concept to implementation.

In this role you will perform TCAD-based device and process simulations, mentor colleagues, and contribute to IP generation while collaborating across disciplines in a global company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Microelectronics, Physics, Electronics or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in physics, nanoelectronics, power electronics or related field.
• Solid knowledge about the physics of semiconductor devices.
• Working experience in the SiC material system is beneficial.
• Deep knowledge of device and process simulation (TCAD).
• Experience in analog circuit simulations is beneficial.
• Fluent communication in English; German skills are desirable.
