• Develop wafer-level semiconductor transistor devices for automotive power technologies.
• Simulate and model semiconductor devices using TCAD Sentaurus software.
• Design test-chip structures for device characterization and validation.
• Evaluate and measure test structures at wafer level using DC wafer probers and TLP measurement systems.
• Define reliability parameters to support ongoing manufacturing process control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations to drive technology development and manufacturing excellence.
