BioTalent, a well-established medical technology company, invites a Service Technician in Munich to join a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes in minimally invasive surgery. The role covers on-site and remote service, troubleshooting and upgrades.

Ideal candidates hold medical technology or electrical engineering qualifications, have device-service experience, and speak German and English. Collaboration with development, production and QA is essential.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of devices at Munich site and during customer support calls
• Fault diagnosis, repair and routine service tasks
• Implementing modifications and upgrades
• Providing initial training at customer sites, home and abroad
• Safety and quality controls during service work
• Independent execution of safety and metrological controls
• Support of the production team

With a strong international presence and a customer network spanning over 70 countries, they are looking for a Service Technician to strengthen their team.

• Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of our devices – both in their workshop at the Munich site and as part of the telephone consultation and support of our customers
• Fault diagnosis and repair, service and maintenance work
• Implementation of modifications and upgrades
• Implementation of initial training and instruction at home and abroad
• Safety and quality controls
• Independent execution of safety and metrological controls
• Support of the production team

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in medical technology or electrical engineering or comparable medical technology training with further training as a technician
• Experience in technical service and customer support for medical devices
• Sound knowledge of electronics, fault diagnosis and system analysis
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the development, production, and quality teams
• Good knowledge of German and English
