Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service Technician based in Munich. The Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day tasks include diagnostics troubleshooting, conducting routine checks, providing technical support to clients, training users on system operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of laboratory or diagnostic equipment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues in a timely manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and support clients effectively
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in medical diagnostics or a related technical field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, biological sciences, biotechnology, or related field
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Willingness to travel when necessary for client support or further training
