Vestas, the global leader in wind energy, invites you to join as a Service Technician (m/f/d) in Fulda. You will maintain and service wind turbines on-site, ensuring reliability and safety.

Work in a collaborative team, with on-the-ground responsibilities, equipment handling, and documentation of service activities using digital tools. Training opportunities include the Vestas Academy and electrician qualification.

Formación

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial mechatronics or energy and building technology.
• Place of work will vary within your region – you will be home on Friday.
• You are familiar with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP.
• You are comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level.
• You have a valid Class B driver's licence (Class BE is supported).
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.

Responsabilidades

• You ensure wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance.
• Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults.
• You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and identify causes.
• You carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance.
• You document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way.
