Skyborn Renewables in Germany seeks an experienced Service Manager Digital Workplace & Collaboration to own and continuously improve the Digital Workplace services across lifecycles. You will manage and optimize collaboration platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint) and lead internal and external teams to ensure service delivery.

The role requires a degree in IT and 7–10 years in Digital Workplace governance, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and fluent English.

Your future tasks:

• Own and continuously improve the Digital Workplace (e.g. Desktops, Mobile Devices, Virtual Desktops) service across lifecycles
• Manage and optimize collaboration platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint) in line with business needs
• Lead, coordinate and develop the internal team and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance
• Ensure governance, security and compliance of the Digital Workplace environment
• Drive user adoption, enablement and value realization of collaboration tools
• Coordinate and ensure workplace-related ITSM processes
• Support digital workplace transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and optimize collaboration and productivity platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint)
• Coordinate rollout, adoption and enablement of workplace technologies and capabilities
• Monitor service performance and user satisfaction
• Ensure governance, compliance and security of collaboration environments
• Coordinate ITSM processes (incident, request, change) with internal teams and providers
• Manage and steer internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance

Your profile:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant professional experience (7-10 years) in Digital Workplace and Collaboration Management (including M365 services) service ownership, provider management, user adoption and governance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
