Skyborn Renewables is recruiting a Service Manager for Digital Workplace & Collaboration to own and optimize the Digital Workplace services across lifecycles. The role oversees M365, Teams, and SharePoint, ensuring governance, security, and value realization.

You will lead internal and external teams to deliver high-quality service and transformation initiatives. The position requires 7–10 years of experience in Digital Workplace management, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English.

• 7–10 years in Digital Workplace and Collaboration Management including M365 services.

• Own and continuously improve the Digital Workplace (e.g. Desktops, Mobile Devices, Virtual Desktops) service across lifecycles
• Manage and optimize collaboration platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint) in line with business needs
• Lead, coordinate and develop the internal team and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance
• Ensure governance, security and compliance of the Digital Workplace environment
• Drive user adoption, enablement and value realization of collaboration tools
• Coordinate and ensure workplace-related ITSM processes
• Support digital workplace transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and optimize collaboration and productivity platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint)
• Coordinate rollout, adoption and enablement of workplace technologies and capabilities
• Monitor service performance and user satisfaction
• Ensure governance, compliance and security of collaboration environments
• Coordinate ITSM processes (incident, request, change) with internal teams and providers
• Manage and steer internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance

Your profile:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant professional experience (7-10 years) in Digital Workplace and Collaboration Management (including M365 services) service ownership, provider management, user adoption and governance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
