Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited in Berlin is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across the EMEA region. This is a fixed-term contract (12 months) with a hybrid work model in Berlin (3 days in the office per week).

You will own end-to-end hiring across GTM and sales roles, partner with hiring managers, build robust sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality hires quickly while continually improving recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring.
• Fluent German & English.
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders.
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools.
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused.
• Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client.

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.
It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.
This is a hybrid role with some office time in Berlin (3 days per week).
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
