The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across GTM and sales in a hybrid Berlin setup. You’ll partner with the business, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality hires for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Fluent German and English are essential as you source top talent and build recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs over the next year. This role offers hands-on sourcing and visible impact within the client delivery team.

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Hybrid in Berlin

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Berlin (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do:
