Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies division seeks a strategic leader to support the Board Member and Executive Committee with strategy development, presentations, and ad hoc requests. You will coordinate cross-functional projects and conduct analyses to inform decisions.

Join a dynamic team, manage senior stakeholders, and design materials for internal and external engagements. Fluency in German and English is required, with a Master\'s and 8+ years in strategy roles.

Qualifications

• Master degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 8 years of relevant work experience, incl. 3 years in corporate strategy or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills; ability to manage internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects and strong project management skills.
• Team player with motivation and hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in German and English.
