Job summary

Henkel in Düsseldorf, Germany, seeks a Site Quality Leader to implement Henkel quality standards across the production plant and to lead the site quality program. You will directly lead the site quality team and drive the quality program through the site, ensuring ISO, GMP, and Henkel requirements are met.

You will analyze quality KPIs, perform structured root-cause analyses, and push continuous improvement through digitization and best practices, while developing the plant team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quality or technical fields.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience in quality leadership position in production.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Fluent language skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Implement Henkel Company quality standards and best industry practices at the production plant.
• Lead the site quality program.
• Direct leadership of the site quality team with indirect leadership across the site through consistent quality program implementation.
• Set high standards and push implementations through.
• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO, GMP, and Henkel requirements.
