NetApp is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Storage as a Service in Germany to translate complex tech into business value. You will drive opportunities, design end-to-end solutions, and lead discovery workshops for enterprise clients.

You will partner with sales, product, and marketing to shape innovative offerings, while engaging executive stakeholders and traveling within Germany as needed.

Formación

• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise storage, data management, or hybrid cloud solutions.
• Deep understanding of consumption, subscription, or as-a-service business models.
• Ability to engage confidently with technical and executive stakeholders, bridging technology and business strategy.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement through close.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing Storage as a Service opportunities with account and sales teams.
• Design end-to-end solutions through discovery workshops, architecture sessions, and technical assessments.
• Build business cases and solution concepts connecting tech outcomes to business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to architects, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
• Represent NetApp at customer events, executive briefings, webinars, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and global solution teams to translate customer needs into offerings.
• Enable and coach internal teams, partners, and customers on architecture approaches and market trends.
• Support competitive differentiation as a subject matter expert on consumption and as-a-service models.

What You’ll Do

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing strategic Storage as a Service opportunities alongside account and sales teams
• Design end-to-end solutions — leading discovery workshops, architecture sessions, and technical assessments for enterprise customers
• Build compelling business cases and solution concepts that connect technical outcomes to measurable business value
• Act as a trusted advisor to architects, technical decision-makers, and IT leaders throughout complex sales cycles
• Champion thought leadership by representing NetApp at customer events, executive briefings, webinars, and industry forums
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and global solution teams to translate customer needs into innovative offerings
• Enable and coach internal teams, partners, and customers on best practices, architecture approaches, and market trends
• Support competitive differentiation by serving as a subject matter expert on consumption and as-a-service models

• Strong understanding of consumption, subscription, or as-a-service business models
• Ability to engage confidently with technical and executive stakeholders, bridging technology and business strategy
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement through close
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — you make the complex feel clear
• A growth mindset — you’re curious, collaborative, and energized by continuous learning
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
• Background in managed services, service providers, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with sectors such as telco, financial services, manufacturing, or public sector is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure, cloud, or storage technologies is a plus.
