CHEPLAPHARM, a globally active specialty pharmaceuticals company based in Berlin, is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to identify, analyze, and continuously improve processes across Science operations.

You will drive the development of robust, future-oriented process solutions, standardize best practices, define and track KPIs, build dashboards with operational teams, perform root cause analyses, and lead cross-functional projects to ensure compliance with GxP and to support the company’s

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine).
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in process analysis, continuous improvement, and performance management (e.g., KPI frameworks).
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end process optimization.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with ability to manage complex topics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and promote a continuous improvement culture.
