Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, and performance management (KPIs).

• Identify, analyze, and continuously improve processes across Science operations.
• Drive development of robust, future-oriented process solutions and standardize best practices.
• Define and track KPIs; build dashboards with operational teams.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional, company-wide projects to drive operational excellence and GxP compliance.

What sets you apart:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in process analysis, continuous improvement, and performance management (e.g. KPI frameworks)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving end-to-end process optimization
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex topics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders and promote a continuous improvement culture
