CHEPLAPHARM in Berlin is seeking a senior Change Control, Deviation and CAPA leader to drive compliant and timely governance across global projects.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, shape robust CAPA actions and root-cause analyses, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to sustain the company's high-quality portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field, i.e. natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA processes including root cause analysis and effectiveness checks.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional interfaces and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA management to ensure compliant and timely execution.
• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership, including task allocation, strategic guidance, and decision-making.
• Act as the primary escalation point and ensure proper documentation and coordination of all related processes.
• Drive root cause analyses, define corrective and preventive actions, and ensure effectiveness of implemented measures.
