CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH is seeking a seasoned professional for global strategic partner management. You will oversee partner lifecycle, drive alignment across internal functions, and maintain governance frameworks to enable reliable collaboration with partners worldwide.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, international stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a growing specialty pharmaceutical environment.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to global strategic partner management and oversee partner developments across the lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and act as a key interface between internal functions and external partners.
• Manage and further develop the partner oversight framework, including governance structures, SOPs, and tools.
• Monitor partner performance using KPIs, scorecards, and trend analyses to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks early and initiate mitigation and escalation measures while supporting strategic decisions.

What sets you apart:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex cross-functional interfaces
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
