Zusammenfassung

CHEPLAPHARM, a global specialty pharmaceuticals company, is seeking a senior QA leader to drive product quality activities and ensure GMP compliance. You will manage quality requirements across the lifecycle, coordinate with internal teams, CMOs, and authorities, and guide risk assessments and CAPA programs.

We value a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in GMP/quality systems with strong regulatory understanding, plus excellent communication and leadership abilities

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in GMP, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Sharp analytical and strategic thinking with experience handling complex quality topics.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration; leadership exposure preferred.

• Drive and oversee all product-related quality activities ensuring GMP compliance.
• Safeguard market supply by managing quality requirements (deviations, CAPAs, change control).
• Develop and implement quality strategies across product lifecycle.

• Manage risk assessments, improvement initiatives and senior management reports.
