CHEPLAPHARM, a globally active specialty pharmaceuticals company, is seeking a sales support professional in Germany. You will manage the order-to-cash lifecycle, support customers and partners, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
You will maintain SAP SD data, process orders and invoices, and assist with handling complaints in cooperation with the quality team, while monitoring key KPIs to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility for the entire order-to-cash process—from order acceptance through availability checks and delivery coordination to invoicing.
Managing existing customer accounts, processing returns, and proactively communicating shipping and order information to customers and business partners.
Monitoring product availability in close collaboration with the Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics departments, and ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
Processing purchase orders, invoices, debit and credit memos, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining sales and customer master data in the SAP system (SD).
Assisting with the handling of customer complaints in collaboration with the quality team to ensure prompt and compliant resolutions.
Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of key KPIs, including revenue and EBITDA targets, partner satisfaction, and on-time delivery and invoicing (2-day rule).
Completed vocational training or a high school diploma, plus 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or a similar business role.
Proactive, hands-on, and highly results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to identify opportunities for improvement.
A detail-oriented work style with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, as well as fluency in German and English. Proficiency in MS Office.
