CHEPLAPHARM is seeking an experienced professional to lead global and internal audit and inspection activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The role involves coordinating tasks across functions and serving as a key contact for stakeholders in a multinational context.

You will oversee outsourcing activities, plan inspections, manage risk assessments and CAPA processes, and support readiness initiatives to sustain high standards across global regulatory environments.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid understanding of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, Swissmedic) and inspection processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across interfaces.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
