StaffHost digital in Germany is seeking a Senior SAP Data & Analytics Manager/Architect to lead transformation programmes and shape target architectures for enterprise clients. You will work directly with senior stakeholders and help grow the business in a hybrid role across Germany.

You will lead SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BTP initiatives, drive data governance and cloud architecture, mentor teams, and translate business needs into scalable solutions while communicating value to executives.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, cloud architecture and data governance.

I’m currently working with a leading organisation in the SAP and Data & Analytics space that is expanding its senior consulting team across Germany.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SAP Data & Analytics professional who wants to move beyond pure delivery and play a key role in shaping transformation programmes, working directly with senior stakeholders, and helping grow the business.

The opportunity

You’ll work on complex SAP Data & Analytics transformation projects, helping enterprise clients modernise their data landscapes and turn data into real business value.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead major SAP Data & Analytics workstreams and transformation initiatives
• Work directly with senior management and executive stakeholders
• Shape target architectures and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Advise clients across SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BTP and modern SAP data architectures
• Support pre-sales, client workshops and new project opportunities
• Lead and develop teams while taking greater ownership of client relationships
• Work across a variety of industries and complex enterprise environments

What they’re looking for

You’ll ideally be a Senior Manager or experienced Manager, or a strong Senior Consultant ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key experience includes:

• Hands-on expertise across SAP Datasphere, SAC, BTP and modern SAP data architectures
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, cloud architecture and data governance
• Experience leading teams, workstreams or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Comfortable with client engagement, business development and pre-sales
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

The ideal person will be someone who can comfortably sit between business, architecture and technical teams, understanding the technology but also being able to explain its value to senior stakeholders.
