Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex SAP programs in consulting or enterprise transformations.
• Completed at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience managing international multi-workstream programs.
• Strong governance, financial management, risk and delivery skills.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and governance boards.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willing to travel as needed.

An established technology and transformation consultancy is seeking a Senior SAP Program Manager to take responsibility for strategically important, large-scale SAP programs across Germany and international markets.

This senior position combines:

• SAP program leadership
• Commercial and financial oversight
• Team leadership and development

You will:

• Lead complex SAP S/4HANA transformation program across the complete delivery lifecycle.
• Establish effective governance, delivery structures and decision-making processes.
• Manage programme scope, budgets, timelines, quality, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, sponsors and steering committees.
• Align business, technology and delivery teams around shared objectives.
• Anticipate delivery challenges and resolve critical issues and escalations.
• Coordinate international teams and multiple implementation workstreams.
• Lead, coach and support project managers and consulting teams.
• Monitor programme performance and provide clear, accurate reporting.
• Support proposals, solution development and selected business-development activities.
• Help improve programme delivery methodologies, tools and working practices.

You will bring:

• Substantial experience leading complex SAP program within consulting or enterprise transformation environments.
• Responsibility for at least one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience managing international, multi-workstream program.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, financial management, risk and commercial delivery.
• The ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders and governance boards.
• A proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
• A calm, structured approach to complex delivery challenges.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• An understanding of how automation, data and emerging technologies can improve programme delivery.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
