Discover Recruitment is seeking a Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA Transformation to advise and lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for international clients. You will guide strategy, transformation planning, and implementation, coordinating with global teams and clients across multiple industries.

The role requires several years of SAP S/4HANA consulting experience, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of practical experience in SAP S/4HANA consulting, assessments or implementation projects.
• Experience leading workstreams or parts of transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Greenfield, Brownfield and/or Bluefield transformation approaches.
• Strong SAP and business process knowledge in Sales, Procurement, Planning, Warehouse or Manufacturing.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.

You'll advise clients from strategy and transformation planning through to implementation, helping organisations optimise their processes and successfully transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Your Responsibilities
